Vicki Davis

Victoria “Vicki” Davis is the Deputy Director for the Office of Operational Excellence in the Department of Central Management Services. Ms. Davis has a Doctorate of Education and is a 33 year Air National Guard veteran, during which time she provided TQM and continuous improvement training and coaching for Air National Guard functions. Prior to her work with the Department of Central Management Services, Ms. Davis served for 15 years as a Professor of Human and Organizational Development with Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, and an independent Organizational Development Consultant, working with clients across multiple industries.
