Barbara Zemaitis

Barbara Zemaitis serves as the Executive Secretary for the Transaction & Property Administration section within the Bureau of Property Management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Mrs. Zemaitis has dedicated the past two years of her state service to the Bureau of Property Management. In her role, she is responsible for preparing and distributing correspondence and documents for the Transaction and Property Management team. She also maintains and organizes both physical and digital records related to lease transactions and provides executive-level administrative support and receptionist duties for the team.
