Fredie More Franco Pablo

Fredie More Franco Pablo is an Operational Excellence leader passionate about making continuous improvement practical, people-driven, and sustainable. With over eight years of experience spanning FMCG, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and construction, Fredie has led transformational initiatives across diverse manufacturing environments—from factory floors to strategic boardrooms.

He is currently the Group Manager for Operational Excellence at Jaybro Group, where he leads Lean deployment, ERP transformation, and quality system improvements across multiple business units. His prior roles at Coca-Cola EuroPacific Partners, AstraZeneca, and Pact Group saw him deliver cost savings through process reengineering, standardisation, and frontline engagement.

Fredie holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) through ASQ, and is a trained Scrum Master. He is also the recipient of the 2022 Arthur E. Denison Award for innovation in quality and was named a 2023 finalist for the Australian Institute of Packaging’s Young Packaging Professional of the Year.

Known for his approachable, storytelling-based speaking style, Fredie has presented at the ASQ Quality Impact Forum and the FIT Government Division Summit. He brings a blend of humour, humility, and hands-on insight to every session, aiming to demystify operational excellence for everyday professionals.
