Amanda Wenthe

Amanda Maddox-Wenthe is a Leasing Representative with Bureau of Property Management, Department of Central Management Services (CMS).  Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Illinois State University. She has been with BOPM/CMS for 2 years. She has been a real estate broker for 25 years, with residential sales, commercial leasing and facility management experience.  She is responsible for negotiating, drafting and managing leases for facilities managed by CMS throughout the State of Illinois.
