Kajanda Love

Kajanda Love is an Operational Excellence Manager with the CMS Office of Operational Excellence. She received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI, and her master's degree in organizational leadership and development from North Central College in Naperville, IL. Over the course of her career, Ms. Love has served as a flight attendant, a corrections officer, a loss prevention supervisor, a police officer, and an operations manager for Union Pacific Railroad, where she began her CI journey. She then pursued a career with the State of Illinois, working with DHS, FPR, and DOC in addition to CMS OOE.
