Rajat Mitra

Rajat “Raj” Mitra is the Continuous Process Improvement Chief for the Office of Operational Excellence in the Department of Central Management Services. Raj holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Education and is certified in lean six sigma. Prior to his work with the Department of Central Management Services, Mr. Mitra worked in healthcare where he developed and delivered continuous improvement certification courses, mentored project managers and led numerous projects.
