Laci Indermark

Laci Indermark serves as the Assistant Deputy Director of Personnel Integrity for the Bureau of Personnel at Central Management Services within the State of Illinois. She provides support and leads efforts statewide for Class Studies, Classifications, Compensation, and Personnel Actions; in layman’s terms: class specifications, position, pay, and people actions. In this role, it is her goal to bring clarity, collaboration, and momentum to challenging initiatives, focusing on building systems, processes, and procedures that empower her teams, accelerate results, and sustain long-term operational excellence. Laci is dedicated to cultivating cultures where integrity, innovation, and people-centered leadership translate into measurable impact across complex public-sector environments.
