Priyanka Deo

Priyanka Deo is an Operational Excellence Manager for the Office of Operational Excellence in the Department of Central Management Services. Ms. Deo holds master’s degrees from Harvard University, The London School of Economics, and the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration. A State of Illinois employee since 2023, Ms. Deo brings experience spanning higher education, public service, media, and strategic communications prior to joining the Operational Excellence team. Ms. Deo supports agencies in advancing enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives, change management efforts, and data-informed decision-making aligned with the State’s operational excellence objectives.
