Before joining IDES, he served as a Railroad Operations Executive across three countries, gaining deep experience in high‑reliability operations, cross‑border coordination, and disciplined process management.

As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Manny brings strong continuous improvement expertise and a systems‑thinking mindset to his work. Today, he applies that global operational perspective to IDES’ Rapid Results initiatives—driving clarity, consistency, and measurable performance across statewide operations. Manny is well versed in modern process improvement methodologies and has been instrumental in building, executing, and sustaining a Rapid Results culture at IDES.
