Mark Ashworth

Mark Ashworth is a proficient leader with over 25 years of experience in operational excellence and organizational transformation across sectors like education, finance, digital marketing, and government. At the Indiana Department of Revenue, he oversees key functions including enterprise based PMO, continuous improvement, electronic services, internal audit, and organizational development.

A servant leader at heart, Mark is known for balancing strategic vision with a deep respect for people, data, and processes. His expertise spans change management, business development, cultural transformation, and the implementation of center of excellence models. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ball State University and an Executive Education Leadership Certification from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

In 2022, Mark was selected as a Fellow of the Indiana University Tobias Leadership Center, where he now serves as Chair of the Fellows Advisory Board. His leadership continues to shape high-performing, data driven teams and resilient systems that deliver lasting organizational value.
