Shannon Leake

Shannon Leake is an Operational Excellence Manager with the Office of Operational Excellence in the Department of Central Management Services. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration as well as graduate certifications in both Business Process Management and Business Analytics. Prior to working with the Department of Central Management Services, Shannon worked in Human Resources performing hiring duties for the Illinois Department of Corrections, the Department of Innovation and Technology, and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Before joining the State of Illinois, Shannon worked for the Springfield Park District developing new software systems and leading district-wide training programs to encourage continuous improvement.
