Karin Phelps

Karin Phelps is the Division Assistant Manager for the Transaction & Property Administration, Bureau of Property Management. Mrs. Phelps hold a master’s in business and administration from Franklin University. An employee of the State of Illinois since 2019, starting her career with Department of Employment Security. Her responsibilities include managing the Leasing Representative team and all the leasing transactions. She works alongside the BoPM legal and fiscal teams and the State Purchasing Officer to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of contacts with outside vendors for leased locations.
