Sabina Younis

Sabina Younis, Assistant Director, Department of Operational Excellence, has over 20 years of experience working at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, collaborating with teams cross-functionally throughout the organization to problem solve, identify root cause, and implement change.  She is a certified Project Manager and currently working on her MBA at UIC with a specialization in Public Financing.
